Do you ever wonder why your life is always messy and stressful?? None of your plans worked, no goals achieve or sometimes it's just your whole life is not going as you expected to 🤔
Here are the reasons
1️⃣You are not organized
It means everything is all over the place, your feelings, thoughts, finances, your relationships have no boundaries people are all over you. So this makes you feel so stressed and overwhelmed because you don't know how to put things back in their place. But don't you worry this is the life we live we learn😉 as long as you get the chance to see this post means you have a better chance to learn organization in my next Monday post😉. . . .

2️⃣You don't know what you want(NO GOALS)
Not knowing what you want it's not a good thing...Just imagine how frustrated you can get when you are hungry and don' know what to eat🥴such a hard time. Now imagine in life you don't have goals + you do not know what you want to do with your life. You may randomly start doing things as other people do, and you may buy things you don't need just to feel the gap. .
📝So bestie it's time to sit down and think about how you want to live and organize your life, sit down calmly write your goals visualize them, and start living an organized life
3️⃣You don't have a plan
Without a plan you're lost, it's like traveling with no destination or without knowing the road. When you live without a plan you give power to life and its circumstances to take you anywhere because with no plan there is no future or any preparedness for anything that might happen to you. Sometimes we get carried away by the internet people who encourage us to live for the moment😏SUCH A BIG LIE. Life needs a plan to save you and secure you on dark days and other days when things don't go your way. . .
📝So TODAY do yourself a favor and sit down to remind yourself of the life you want to write your challenges, dreams, strategies, and timeline of your life goals and start working on it.
4️⃣You don't take time off
Life gets even messier when you don't rest. Our bodies and mind deserve a rest for us to reset and start again. So when you're tired you don't have the energy to put things in their right ways you just don't have the energy to organize life.
These are the simple tips to help you organize your life
1. DECLUTTER YOUR MIND
First thing first! When you are starting to organize life you have to have a clear mind, free from stress regrets, and frustrations.For you to do that you have to take your time and write down everything you feel and think.
Also, take your time to evaluate every aspect of your life start with
▪️Your thoughts write them down organize and prioritize your goals and prepare the plan
▪️Your spiritual life evaluate what things weighing your spirit down write how you can deal with it
▪️Your relationships check the boundaries you set, are they respected by the people you're involving yourself with?? If yes that's good, if no set new boundaries and change the way you react to people when they cross the line and stop being that good person in every relationship love and respect yourself first
▪️Organise your finances Check your finance and create a routine of checking in. Build a consistent budget, automate your savings, invest and plan for debt payments. You need to know where you stand financially for you to organize the life you want. With good finances, even organization gets easier as you can afford tools and other help to organize your life.
2. CREATE GOALS
Now your head is clear. Start writing down goals in every aspect of your life with goals you are less stressed because now you know what you're working on. Goals will help you organize life as you have visual expectations of what will or may come out from your hard work and innovations.
3. CREATE A PLAN
You now have goals you need strategic plans for you to reach your goals. But don't stress yourself too much you come from disorganized life, so this is the new take your time and search for things that will be easier for you to do and stay consistent. Start little by little you will get better at planning and strategizing. What matters is you took a step in organizing life it doesn't matter if you fail at first, we all fail that's when we learn so friend just creates that PLAN.
4. CREATE A ROUTINE
For you to feel that your life is organized you have to create a routine for your daily activities, weekly or even quarterly. Routines help you to remember what you need to do at a given moment and remind you what matters. But make sure your routine has a rest period or restart sessions to avoid burnout. Remember if you miss one activity in your routine for one day it doesn't make you less of an achiever it's okay and it happens for every one of us do not beat yourself up your routine is just the way to get organized in life you can still change it if it's not working for you.
5. ORGANISE YOUR HOME
Declutter less used or unused things from your house.The more space you have the less stressed you're. Clean your space every time you use something. Make effort and routine to have an organized house like making your bed, washing dishes, folding laundry, and cleaning your desks. Live simply and live in your mean.
6. FREE TIME AND SOCIALIZING TIME You're doing the best you can to organize life but if you only focus on that you will get tired and stressed. Schedule the time to rest and reflect on all the good things about life you can have a day off or night out, and do whatever makes you feel good and relaxed. Do not forget you have friends and family spend time with them, visit them have fun it's just life.
7. STAY CONSISTENT
For you to get that dream life (organized life) you have to stay consistent with your plans and routines. Hold yourself accountable and have the discipline to stay committed to your journey.
We all want organized life but we have to know organization starts in our minds so bestie clear your mind first it will be easier for you to clear your space, home and workplace. Stay consistent with your routine and plans in the end you will enjoy the peace of organized life.
